Sunday, the day before classes begin, the freshman class at the University of Missouri took part in their official welcome - the traditional walk through the columns towards Jesse Hall.
To entice 7,500 freshman the university served ice cream.
Perhaps they should do the same in the library!
Well, I won't have any free time, because my children stay home to school. That's what I use my Busy Body Book for..to help us keep our insane schedule in our home and home school. We do have only our youngest left in our homeschool, and she's in high school, so in three more years, I will finally have some free time after what will be 18 years of not having any. But if I DID have free time, I'd use it to WRITE, and to SCRAPBOOK! :-)

Again, no FREE time.... we homeschool! With 2 in high school and a 2nd grader, along with a 20 year old working full-time, it's pretty busy around here. Honestly, tho, if you have children, do you every have free time?! ;) And we live in Texas.... where schools usually start way before Labor Day!

Hello Busy Body Friends! I am a Pastor's wife, homeschool mom, women's Bible study teacher, worship leader, and piano teacher. Although this doesn't leave a lot of free time, it is what I love to do and Busy Body products help me to be successful and sane.
In this BUSY season of beginning a new school year, I do plan to do something extra special just for me... I like to go to the Bath and Bodyworks outlet and stock up on new fragrances and soaps!!! It's a little thing that goes a long way... especially when I get to look forward to locking myself away for a while in a nice warm jet tub with no interuptions... hopefully!!!! It's the little things people, the little things I say! :)

Whew! Those ladies sound busy busy busy! I use my planner keep track of my 2 girls (class activities/buying lunch when/library books due), my hubbie (who works for the school as a teacher/adviser/president/game timer/etc), and of course what I will be doing with my 3 year old son (Homeschool Preschool/library times/visits to Museum of Play). Then we have a space for our families (my mom, as well as DHs parents and sister). LOVE IT!
Do you want a separate post when we follow you on twitter?

I don't know if I can measure up to the other posts when it comes to being busy but here's my best try. I'm a teacher and teachers are always busy. I'm looking forward to using my new busy body book to keep my sanity when planning lessons and lab activities for my classes. The wall calendar is to keep my sanity at home. When one dispises the grocery store journey, using the calendar as a menu planner just makes good sense. I hope everyone enjoys these planners as much as I do.

As a type "B" personality, organization has never been one of my strongpoints...until the Busybody Book! I use the large wall calendar to track the schedules of my four busy children, my school counselor/track coach/basketball coach husband, and my own. Between teaching preschool, being active in my church, serving on community boards, volunteering, plus all the sports, scouts, and clubs my kids participate in, I needed something to keep me sane. I also use one of the columns to plan my meals....the kids no longer ask "What's for dinner, mom?" Aside from the thousand other reasons I love these calendars, this is the ultimate! Not a lot of "free" time, but we enjoy being busy people. :)
